Paradigm

The word paradigm (para-dime) refers to an example of how things are done. It can be a model for a small thing, such as how to structure a sentence, or a large and important thing like how to live your life. When Paradigm Enterprises was formed as a Sole Proprietorship in 1991, the name Paradigm was chosen in order to keep the company’s focus on a model that has existed for millennia; Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.

Paradigm Enterprises, Inc. is a company whose mission is to build electrical substations and construct or repair electrical power lines while providing high quality, efficient service to our customers, and a safe, healthy work environment for our employees. We strive to give our customers the kind of service and quality product that we would want if we were that customer. Likewise, we want our employees to have the kind of job that we ourselves would appreciate. In a word, that’s our paradigm.

We do it safely

Paradigm’s key to success has been maintaining a workforce capable of self-performing all aspects of electrical construction. We have the in-house ability to handle overhead line work, underground cable installation and termination, aluminum bus welding, control wiring, relay installation and replacement, metal clad switchgear installation and modifications, steel structure erection, and concrete foundations. From minor modifications to complete turnkey projects we have the experience, manpower and equipment to get the job done safely and done right. If we can’t do it safely, we won’t do it at all.
